View Fall Colors on Bear Lake Road
in
Rocky Mountain

See the hills come alive with color in Rocky Mountain National Park during the fall season. Cooler temperatures cause the leaves on aspen and other trees to transition from green to vibrant hues of gold, orange, and red.

During late September and early October, Bear Lake Road is a great place to see the vibrant colors of fall. Aspen in the Moraine Park area are still transitioning from green to gold. Many aspen at Bear Lake and at higher elevations are popping with color.
