Isle Royale

Ojibway Tower is located on the Greenstone Ridge on Isle Royale National Park. Ojibway Tower is the highest point on the eastern end of Isle Royale. Formerly a fire watch station, the tower room today holds telecommunication equipment that helps support park operations. The tower room is closed, but visitors may climb partway up the stairs for views of the island’s interior lakes and bays. The tower is a popular scenic viewpoint along the Greenstone Ridge Trail. Hiking access is available from Daisy Farm Campground and the Greenstone Ridge Trail. Boats may dock at the Daisy Farm Dock and hike to the tower. Daily boat rentals are available from the Rock Harbor Marina
