From the lodge, it averages around a one mile (1.6 km) walk, along paved footpaths, to the edge of Grand Canyon. Ask at the front desk for directions.

Located inside, just past the lobby, the restaurant provides family-friendly, casual, sit-down dining options. (Breakfast and dinner only).

Enjoy a classic full bar at Yavapai Tavern, featuring Arizona craft beer and a great selection of wine. The Tavern offers a southwestern-inspired food menu, including flatbread pizzas, burgers, and street tacos. Enjoy a signature cocktail by the fire in the Tavern's spacious outdoor dining area.

Accommodations
Yavapai Lodge East
Rooms in Yavapai East are located in six separate two-story buildings. These are their newest guestrooms and feature modern amenities, including air conditioning! These are the lodge's only air conditioned rooms, so if you're looking to beat the heat, these are the rooms for you.
A number of accessible rooms are available in Yavapai East for guests with mobility needs, including some with roll-in showers. To view the current accessible rooms, check the "ADA/Accessible Rooms" box in the online reservations application. Yavapai East is NOT pet-friendly, however, they do have pet-friendly rooms available at Yavapai West.

Yavapai Lodge West
Rooms in Yavapai West are located in ten single-story Mid-Century Modern buildings from the heyday of Route 66. These rooms DO NOT have air conditioning, but are built on a single story, and contain a ceiling fan to help keep you cool.
A number of pet-friendly rooms are available in Yavapai West for guests traveling with their four-legged friends. There is an additional $25 pet fee per day, and each room can have up to two pets. We offer a Pets in the Park Package which includes: loaner kennel, waste bags located in receptacles outside of building 9, loaner food/water dishes, and treat in the room. The package will also include the pet fee.
